Hey… I’m Christopher. I started Southern Blendz & Pour because I love people, bartending, and creating experiences where good drinks and good service go hand in hand. This isn’t a big corporate operation—it’s me, my crew, and a whole lot of Southern hospitality.
I grew up in Chicago working at my family’s restaurant, Nancy’s Pizza, where my grandfather, Rocco, created the original Chicago Stuffed Pizza in 1971. Those early days taught me the value of hard work, community, and making every guest feel like family.
Now in Alabama, I pour drinks at weddings, private parties, and community events—mixing Chicago grit with Southern charm. Southern Blendz & Pour offers professional, fully-insured bar service, and Cannolis by Christopher adds a sweet, interactive touch with fresh-filled cannolis piped live on-site.
