The Human Side of HR: A Focus on People Management

The Cullman SHRM is hosting the 4th Annual Human Resources and Management Workshop at Wallace State Community College in the School of Nursing Conference Center. The workshop is ideal of human resources professionals, small business owners, and management or leaders of companies. 

The workshop will include topics on immigration & I-9 compliance, real world HR and management issues, creating mentoring programs to coach managers and leaders of the next generation, and more. The workshop is also a great opportunity to network with local HR professionals and members of management at other businesses in the area.
